Stationery Design Pack

All personalised digital files have 3 rounds of revisions included in the price quoted. If more revisions are required then a £5 charge per revision will be added to your order. It is recommended that you provide as many details as possible as to what you would like in your design, as this cuts down on revisions. If you choose to change concepts entirely, then this will be classed as a new item. No refunds will be made once work on your item has commenced. 

If I send you a logo / stationery proof or revision and do not hear back from you within 4 weeks, the project will be classed as ABANDONED. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project then a £20 fee will apply. If I then send you another proof and do not hear from you again within 4 weeks you will need to pay the £20 fee again if you wish to reopen the project and so on. No refunds will be made. 

Double Sided Business Card Design

PDF: High resolution files which are great for printing as they are 300dpi. The files will measure 85mm x 55mm plus a 1mm bleed. If you plan on getting your files printed elsewhere, please let me know the sizes you require beforehand.

Invoice and Letterhead

PDF: High resolution files which are great for printing as they are 300dpi. The files will measure 210mm x 297mm plus a 1mm bleed.

Word Doc: These will work in Microsoft Office Word only. They will not work in Pages/Works etc. You will only be able to type in the text boxes which have been overlayed onto the design, you will not be able to change/edit the design itself.

DL Compliment Slip Design

PDF: High resolution file which is great for printing as it it 300dpi. The file will measure 210mm x 100mm plus a 1mm bleed. If you plan on getting your file printed elsewhere, please let me know the sizes you require beforehand. You will also be sent a PDF file with 3 on an A4 page, so you can print and cut them at home if you wish.

If I haven't designed your logo, then I can still design your business pack, but your logo must be supplied in a high resolution format, preferably a vector file. This will ensure that I can design your work to the highest standard possible. Blurry logos are not a good look! If you decide to use photos of your work, again, the higher the quality of the images, the better.
