All personalised digital files have 3 rounds of revisions included in the price quoted. If more revisions are required then a £5 charge per revision will be added to your order. It is recommended that you provide as many details as possible as to what you would like in your design, as this cuts down on revisions. If you choose to change concepts entirely, then this will be classed as a new item. No refunds will be made once work on your item has commenced. 

If I send you a logo / stationery proof or revision and do not hear back from you within 4 weeks, the project will be classed as ABANDONED. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project then a £20 fee will apply. If I then send you another proof and do not hear from you again within 4 weeks you will need to pay the £20 fee again if you wish to reopen the project and so on. No refunds will be made. 

JPEG: This is a file suitable for web use and using on social media. The final logo quality will only ever be as good as the original logo you supplied. 

PNG: This is a file suitable for web use. It has a transparent background which makes it great for watermarking. You can use design software such as Photoshop to overlay your logo onto your photograph, or a watermarking app.
