You have your logo already and now you need all of the essential paperwork... Our Paperwork Design Pack is perfect for those busy businesses that like to stay organised.

You will receive an invoice design, order form design and letterhead design (these will work as a PDF for printing at home and writing on it pen, or in Microsoft Office only, it will not work in Pages or any other word processing software) and finally a DL Gift Voucher Design (printing is available separately).

Quantity

All personalised digital files have 3 rounds of revisions included in the price quoted. If more revisions are required then a £5 charge per revision will be added to your order. It is recommended that you provide as many details as possible as to what you would like in your design, as this cuts down on revisions. If you choose to change concepts entirely, then this will be classed as a new item. No refunds will be made once work on your item has commenced.
If I send you a logo / stationery proof or revision and do not hear back from you within 4 weeks, the project will be classed as ABANDONED. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project then a £20 fee will apply. If I then send you another proof and do not hear from you again within 4 weeks you will need to pay the £20 fee again if you wish to reopen the project and so on. No refunds will be made.
Invoice, Order Form and Letterhead

PDF: High resolution files which are great for printing as they are 300dpi. The files will measure 210mm x 297mm plus a 1mm bleed.

Word Doc: These will work in Microsoft Office Word only. They will not work in Pages/Works etc. You will only be able to type in the text boxes which have been overlayed onto the design, you will not be able to change/edit the design itself.

DL Gift Voucher Design

PDF: High resolution file which is great for printing as it it 300dpi. The file will measure 210mm x 100mm plus a 1mm bleed. If you plan on getting your file printed elsewhere, please let me know the sizes you require beforehand. You will also be sent a PDF file with 3 on an A4 page, so you can print and cut them at home if you wish.
